W03 — CARE: SAY WHAT IT IS — status

What landed

Defects found by own eyes and fixed before he saw it

1. Return loop on the care map ran past the frame edge; caption clipped → loop moved into the gap between columns, caption split.
2. Amber gate diamond collided with the STOPS IT label → moved right.
3. Right record strip's last line cut off → shortened.
4. Drawing rendered at 91% inside the section indent → breaks out to full width, 1:1 at 1440.
5. Closing note of §05 was mono as body copy (his standing law) → serif italic.
6. Step 4 "who" wrapped to two lines → reworded to one.

ADRIAN — the evaluation he asked for

ROUND 3 — "Is everything in the right order?" No. Now yes.

The old assembler had appended the chart pages and the Product/Proof pages after the Horizon. finish_paper_3.py puts every spread where its own eyebrow says it belongs and rebuilds the menu from that order; every menu entry renamed to plain words (58 renamed). Final tail: As It Spreads → Eleven Questions → Said Once → Two Companies → Truth in the Transaction → The Invitation.

ROUND 4 — the seven tabs, read against the paper (HEART_READER), and the heart restored

Verdict from the originals: the paper kept his words verbatim, the seven steps, the four checks, the pay principles, the six patterns; it deepened restoration and the Care Ratio beyond the originals. It did not drift into its own thing. It drifted into rigour and left warmth behind. THE SEVEN TABS — what they lead to, and whether they can be closed

They lead to one thing: a company that has stopped serving money and treats every person it meets as a royal person, a soul — seen before spoken to, given to before asked, kept after the money — with exceeding value void of exploitation as the pass/fail of whether it is doing business at all, one heart for Kings and everyone, and the same operating heart inherited by every Day 7 venture. Every heart line and every promise in those seven files is now in the paper or was already there. Safe to close.

THE ACRONYM

None was ever coined. Recommendation: CARE stays a word. If he wants one, it must be human and simple: Customers Are Real people, Every one (secular) or, in his own language, Counted As Royalty, Everyone (the believers' edition). Not baked in without his word.

THE FILM — the most profound opportunity (his brainstorm, answered)

One film, not two: "The Same Woman, Twice." Two minutes. Ana's Tuesday run both ways, because seeing one person be seen is what makes a viewer say "that's me"; the macro (now → the future, society) is the last twenty seconds, not the film. - 0:00–0:15 · a real street, a real Tuesday. "You are reading this because you were seen." - 0:15–0:55 · the pipeline: the guide downloaded, thirteen touches from a stranger, the budget question in minute four, the quarter-end discount, the reassignment, the health score turning red. Cold cuts, fluorescent light, the machine drawing animating in. - 0:55–1:35 · the same Tuesday under CARE: someone reads her routes before calling; the first call names what she is carrying and asks for nothing; the routing analysis, hers to keep; full price; the same person still there at month eighteen; she sends someone. - 1:35–2:00 · the ripple outward: her eighty households, the companies she refers, the industry, society. Last card: "Truth in the transaction. It is how the Kingdom works, and it is good business, and those were never two things." Second opportunity, as the trailer: "Now, and Then" (60s): the extraction machine vs the care map, drawn, no people. Third, for operators: "The Four Checks" (30s). Format: the Joshua Tree film pattern (narrated, 4K, real crew where real exists, Higgsfield for the world). Credits are his call.

ROUND 5 — the Mac sweep (ESTATE_SWEEPER) folded in

Found across the estate: the 2024 founding manuscripts, the Aug 9 originals, the S1484 enterprise verdict (on its branch, not main), S1483/S1465 closeouts, the business-world-outcomes translation, the Grace greeting, Obsidian. THE_OUTLINE.html (S1566, old worktree) carried 22 of his statements and planned 61 sections in 12 volumes plus appendices. Verdict: all 22 statements are fulfilled in the final (two partly: "all of the research" → sources on the pages, now a back page; "make sure it's correct" → HubSpot verified, four vendors honestly pending). All 61 outline sections exist (verified S1566) plus 7 added today. The agency restructured 12 volumes into 5 movements; nothing was dropped. The appendices it planned: lexicon (§36 ✓) · self-diagnostic (§63 ✓) · measurement definitions, manuscript index, method & sources (❌ were missing → §67 Sources, Method, and Where the Words Come From added) · the founder's words in full (✓ three times). No drift: both sweeps and both cells agree. Both tabs (the outline, the old one-page file) are safe to close; the one-page file no longer exists on disk.

ROUND 11 — his final-round notes

THE FILM — priced, not fired (2 Sep 2026)

Film cell C-08 wrote the shot list for "The Same Woman, Twice" from the live model law (June 2026) and what the Joshua Tree film proved and disproved; two consults, 15 shots. Prices measured live with higgsfield generate cost (Veo 3.1 8s = 22 · Kling 3.0 std 8s = 16, pro 10s = 25 · Wan 2.7 720p 6s = 9 · Nano Banana Pro 4K still = 4).
