Well, we gotta remember our intent on this. This is how I want us to operate from now on is you know when we're looking at Care? We don't look at people anymore as a fucking price tag to a sale. We will not serve money. We have to figure out mechanisms so that we're stepping into this completely different. There is according to the kingdom of God there's no sales in the kingdom of God what we really done is we put a price tag and everyone's a fucking numbered a commission instead of being a person and when we go into it, that's why we're not delivering exceeding value, however, if you deliver exceeding value, if you look at it, a person is a person and that they are a royal prince in God's kingdom then we'll start treating each other different than this fucking pig shit that we do so this is more fundamental than a CRM to Genesis and day seven for sure and we're gonna have to spend some time we need to make that a project hell this is an entire business perspective and how we fundamentally operate different. How do you go into a sales? We don't know into that type of engagement you're right transacting business will call it transacting business and this co-care flow isn't just for the kings. We need to translate this and how we deal with everyon a person is a royal priest is what God says. Tell him who they are is a royal person a soul it's not a lead and it's not a commission check. How do we take that off of the table and emphasize that they're seeing you know I don't know if it's all called the same thing that we're just starting this whole concept we've got to develop it so whatever we've come up with is it written in stone, but you know who they are we used to solve problems if you're not delivering exceeding value void of exploitation then you're not doing business and we need to see that we're creating something totally different and then our seat. Well then we'll have to call it something out as our it's our care system, but it's how we operate not just a function. It's the genesis care system. I love this. Everyone's gonna love this your job you're gonna get paid regardless I don't know is the answer to pay people even more money but I think it's good to have commissions t so that's another thing but how do we go into it? You are people must be rewarded where this is an entire flip of the paradigm is what I'm talking about but it's brilliant if we capture it. All of these things are good things and if people operate according to Genesis and we keep building out businesses, this is how the kingdom of God is on earth as it is in heaven and this is gonna also when we figure this out flew over to our King's message the all in all and all of the work that we have to still do over there the invitation and all that this is really important. We gotta dig deeper on those so if we view them automatic as a person instead of a sale, what happens what if they're truly seen and we really hear here right we see who they are what they're doing the rule that God's brought th you know I don't know all these steps are a little different for kings maybe but what I'm doing Is expanding the whole idea
