What it refuses (mechanical)

Anything Voice Canon Gate 2–3 already marks CRITICAL on a recipient surface: dollar figures, equity / cap table / term sheet / VC terms, ROI / TAM / valuation, "the ask", investment-opportunity framing, competition-destruction language. No creative direction invented here — the checker already holds the law.

What it does NOT do

Does not thaw Graham / edit frozen pages
Does not send mail
Does not invent copy
Does not wholesale-scan archive invitation trees (curated living surfaces only for --audit)
