THE DRIFT AUDIT — the seven tabs he had open, read against the paper (S1567, 2 Sep 2026)

His question: "Have we been consistent with this? Did we drift off into our own shit or are we remaining true?" Method: every word of the seven originals (the Aug 9 boards, the operating law, the live version, what we already have, the wire mechanisms, the enhancement pass, the crm-of-the-future board) plus ten companion files, read in full against the current paper section by section. Reader: the HEART_READER pass. Every restoration below has since been applied to the paper (rounds 4–5).

A. The heart and spirit, in the originals' own words

Carter, verbatim (CARTER_BRIEF.md, GENESIS_CARE_SYSTEM.html, OPERATING_LAW_DIG_DEEPER.md): - "We will not serve money." - "We will not look at people as a price tag to a sale." - "In the Kingdom of God there is no 'sales.' What the world did was put a price tag on everyone and number them as a commission instead of a person. That is why exceeding value dies." - "When a person is seen as a person — a royal priest, a royal prince, a soul — we treat each other differently." - "If you are not delivering exceeding value, void of exploitation, you are not doing business." - "If people operate according to Genesis and we keep building businesses this way — this is how the Kingdom of God is on earth as it is in heaven." - "When we figure Care out here, it flies over there." - "Yes, yes yes… do it now." B. What the originals said CARE would be

  1. Seven Care steps, first named (OPERATING_LAW_DIG_DEEPER.md): SEE · HEAR · NAME · HONOR THE WORK · EXCEED · TRANSACT · KEEP CARE. Original wordings: NAME = "royal person, soul"; HONOR THE WORK = "the role God brought them"; TRANSACT = "transact as peers under God."
  2. Seven mechanisms: SEE gate · language strip · value-first ledger · exploitation scan · commission firewall · paid-regardless floor · warm path over cold hunt ("who opens the door in love over spray-and-pray").
  3. Seven primitives (FUTURE_CRM_CONCEPT.md): PERSON · SEEN · CALLING · WARM PATH · STRENGTH · RESTORATION · TRUST CERTIFICATE. "Forbidden UI: funnel stages named Qualify → Demo → Close."
  4. Twelve wire mechanisms (ASK_GENESIS_WIRE_MECHANISMS.md), including: no ask on first Care act · the Temple map: ask Jesus before sacred participation, a place in the work not a piece of the company, never equity · restrain when enough (Exodus "more than enough").
  5. Kings bridge (CARE_CANON_INVITATION_BRIDGE.md): Care ↔ Canon ↔ Invitation one map "so builders cannot invent a second religion for business vs Kings."

  7. Pay: people must be rewarded · paid regardless is the direction · commission rewards faithfulness, never identity · money serves Care.

C. Drift check (state at the time of the audit; every item marked → has since been applied)

Present and faithful, often deepened: Carter's full heart paragraph (verbatim, three times) · Kingdom on earth as in heaven · "without it being some kind of a lesson" · the seven steps with gates · the four checks · the seven primitives · the language swap (expanded) · the pay principles (all four verbatim) · Truth in the Transaction + Steve Staggs · the six Kingdom patterns, each bolted to a control (better than the original) · restoration = right order (better than the original) · the exploitation-scan test · "we are inviting you… because we do not need you to."

Present but weakened (→ restored): NAME lost "royal person, soul" → restored · HONOR lost "the role God brought them" → restored · TRANSACT lost "peers under God" → restored · "Money serves the care. It is never who you are." (second clause) · scripture cited but unreferenced → anchors added.

D. Division check

No believer/non-believer division, no altar call, no us-vs-them against the reader. The paper disarms itself repeatedly ("We are not asking you to affirm any of it"; "stated without apology and without a sermon"; "That is not a sermon. That is the P&L"; "You may run this entire model as a secular operator"). Three lines carried risk and were softened: the faith-owned-business line ("most are running extraction with a better attitude" → "we were one of them"), "the first readers of this paper share that belief" (→ written first for them, runs for anyone), and "it got in through the P&L" (→ "came in through the front door"). Tone models to hold: "we do not claim we invented dignity; we obey it."

E. What the seven tabs lead to

A company that has stopped serving money and operates as though every person it meets is a royal priest, a royal prince, a soul — one file per person for life, seen before spoken to, given to before asked, honored for the work God put in their hands, transacted with as peers under God, and kept after the handshake — where exceeding value void of exploitation is the pass/fail test of whether you are doing business at all, where pay is restructured so the gates are affordable to obey, where the same heart governs Kings and everyone (different instruments, never two standards), and where Care is not a CRM but the operating heart that Voice, Temple, Kingdom, Invitation and every sprouting Day 7 enterprise inherit — so that when other companies adopt it for the retention numbers, it is the Kingdom of God operating in their buildings, taught without it ever being a lesson.

F. Verdict

The paper is substantially true to the heart: it kept his words verbatim, the seven steps, the mechanisms, the pay principles, the Kingdom patterns, and it deepened restoration and the Care Ratio beyond the originals. What it had lost was warmth, the Kings/Invitation/Temple bridge, and God inside the steps rather than only in the quotations. It did not drift into its own thing; it drifted into rigour and left some of the heart behind on the way. The twelve restorations are now in the paper.
